Our client is looking for a Superstar Team Leader to join their fast paced and dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This person will have 2 years minimum experience and shine in this role to make it their own.
Your working hours will be 06.00 - 14.00 Monday to Friday, plus overtime 1 when required.
To qualify for this role, you will need to possess the following: -
- Coaching and mentoring team of 12 staff members.
- Demonstrate KPI s.
- Operating daily tasks.
- Experience working on projects.
- Providing Continuous improvement.
- Encourage and motivate the team.
- Honour appreciation when required.
